The Project

Thirty years after the opening of the landmark Center Parcs project ‘Eemhof’ in the Netherlands, M2Leisure supported Center Parcs with the recreation development of 100 luxurious new apartments for rental objectives at the harbour next to the original park.

The Details

TBesides the luxurious accommodations with a sauna, steam cabin and luxurious kitchen amenities, the development included a second Marina for luxury yachts including Marina offices, a sea side restaurant with business to business possibilities, a beach with beach pavilion and a hemodialysis center. The idea of Marina de Eemhof was to create a fashionable marina with luxury apartments just like holidays among the jet set of the Côte d’Azur. For water sports fans, Lake Eemmeer is right on the doorstep. Park De Eemhof lies on the other side of the Marina.

Our Role

M2Leisure was involved in this project in terms of general support and leisure consultancy towards development, construction and operational aspects for Center Parcs. We were responsible for project development and supervision of the project.
