Propsaland Hotel – De Panne

The Project

M2Leisure supported Plopsaland N.V. in the development of a hotel near Plopsaland De Panne. Studio 100, a Belgian television production company, has five Plopsa theme parks in three countries; Plopsaland De Panne, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, Plopsa Coo, Plopsa Indoor Coevorden and Holiday Park.

The Details

The Plopsaland hotel will be an all-year round hotel with 120 hotel rooms. The hotel will include a restaurant, meeting rooms, an auditorium and a direct connection to Plopsaqua and Theme Park. The total investment amount is €15 million.

Our Role

M2Leisure gives input and operational consultancy on the concept, the program and the hotel design. Furthermore, it offers support on decision-making processes and advise on operational aspects. With its expertise in product development and in-depth knowledge about leisure accommodations, M2Leisure has a good base for cooperation and consultancy services with Plopsa.
